- Parking is available on site. The property is not responsible for the stolen or damaged of guests’ car. Please be aware of the place of parking to avoid the natural disasters caused damage to windows or trees crushed.
- Guests might find some insects and creatures around the property.
- The TV channel signal may be affected by the weather.
- The maximum number of guests per room is based upon room policy. For those who check in with extra persons are 特惠專案not allowed to stay and the payment will not be refunded.

- Rice cooker, electric pot, oven, microwave oven and water dispense are provided.
- Free WiFi is available.

德國柏林19日一輛大卡車衝進聖誕市集，造成街頭濺血，12人死亡近50人輕重傷。目前當局已鎖定突尼西亞裔的嫌犯艾姆里，正全力追緝中。艾姆里過去就被懷疑為發動聖戰的恐怖分子，但總是能躲過追捕。
據英國《衛報》報導，北萊因-西發利亞邦內政首長葉格(Ralf Jaeger)表示，反恐機構已鎖定他並展開調查。當局懷疑有偽造文書和販毒前科的艾姆里就是伊斯蘭國戰士，為伊斯蘭國在世界各地的犯案殺手。
一名德國安全官員說，嫌犯於8月在德國南部腓特烈港(Friedrichshafen)因為偽造文書被逮捕，該文書是對艾姆里驅逐令暫緩執行的庇護文件，但他最後被法官釋放。葉格表示，嫌犯在德國申請庇護，在7月遭到駁回，當局嘗試將他遣返回突尼西亞卻，卻因嫌犯沒有證件失敗。
報導指出，艾姆里跟多名伊斯蘭教士聯繫密切，他們均為IS的支持者。今年3月，艾姆里就積極找人加入他的攻擊行動，也曾試圖找1名臥底警官購買手槍。目前德國當局已對艾姆里下達通緝令，歐洲也懸賞10萬歐元(約新台幣332萬4615元)給提供線索者，盡力將他逮捕歸案。

2016年10月發生在台中東海夜市的BMW「大七」與TOYOTA ALTIS的行車糾紛，引起社會高度關注，當時駕駛「大七」的郭姓男子被傳因為保護妻兒而開車衝撞，也讓郭男被網友稱為?東海連恩尼遜?，沒想到檢方16日卻分別以毀損罪、恐嚇罪及公共危險罪將雙方起訴，郭男根本防衛過當。為此，郭男不但要吃官司，還得支付ALTIS的修車費。
據《蘋果日報》報導，台中地檢署認定，郭男先倒車衝撞ALTIS，彭男等人已逃離車內，郭男仍續撞四次，已非正當防衛或緊急避難。至於郭男透過律師發出聲明，強調他先遭追撞再被四惡煞砸車，對方還想把他妻兒拖下來打，為護妻兒才衝撞對方車子，「我不保護他們，誰來保護，難道要被活活打死在街頭？」
對於兩輛車子的修車費應由誰負責？報導指出，台中地檢署襄閱主任檢察官郭景東認為，正當防衛的要件必須侵害持續中及符合比例原則，若防衛手段超過侵害手段，就會變成防衛過當。因ALTIS駕駛追車，並未下車持棍棒包圍，但大七卻已先倒車衝撞ALTIS；事後，ALTIS駕駛等人四散，侵害已排除，大七卻未停止衝撞，不符合正當防衛，也沒有必須衝撞ALTIS才得以緊急避難的情形，除了被棍棒砸的擋風玻璃和鈑金，大七衝撞造成自身的損毀，車主必須自行負擔，ALTIS全部的損失則必須由大七車主負責。
